• Payments

  Pay online in the app through Razorpay. Payments are processed by Razorpay; Lace does not store your card details. Orders are prepaid, so there is no cash to handle at the door.

• Privacy

  Your garment photos are private to you and your assigned partner. We collect only what an order needs: name, contact details, address, measurements, photos, messages and payment references. Data is encrypted in transit. You can delete your account and data from the app or at https://lace-app.web.app/delete-account

• Plans

  No auto-debit, ever. Pay per order after you see the price, or buy a prepaid monthly pack of ironing or laundry pieces at a lower price per piece, pickup and delivery included. You pay for a pack once and choose whether to buy another. Unused pieces can be refunded within the window shown on the pack.

• On the web too

  Lace also works in the browser at https://lace-app.web.app for customers and partners, and our team runs the marketplace from a web console.
