Delete your Lace account and data
Ask us to delete your Lace: Tailor & Laundry at Home account and the data linked to it. You can do it inside the app or by email.

How deletion by email works

Request
Delete in the app, or email contact@zenocta.com from your account email with the subject “Delete my Lace account”.

Verify
Under Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may have rights to access, correct and erase your data. We respond to requests by email within a reasonable time.
Deleted
We delete your profile, addresses, measurements and notifications within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your profile.
- Your addresses and measurements.
- Your notifications.
What may be kept
- Finished order and payment records may be kept for tax, accounting and dispute purposes, without your address, notes or photos where possible.
Send your request
The button opens an email to contact@zenocta.com with the subject “Delete my Lace account”. Send it from the email address linked to your Lace account. Do not put passwords in the message.
