How we work with clients

A free consultation, a fixed-price proposal within 24 hours, and no work until you approve it. Here is how a project runs, and what to expect at each step.

Three ways to start

The same three plans as on the pricing page. Every one begins with a scoped, fixed-price proposal.

What you get at each step

  1. 1

    Free consultation

You tell us what the business needs. We ask about users, devices, deadlines and existing tools.

    You get

A free conversation with no obligation.

  2. 2

    Scoped, fixed-price proposal

Within 24 hours you get scope, timeline and one price in writing.

    You get

Scope, timeline and price. Payment schedules and invoicing terms are in the proposal and service agreement before development begins, usually as milestone-based instalments.

  3. 3

    Design and prototype

You approve the proposal first: no work begins before that, and the scope stays what you approved. Then you see the screens and flows early.

    You get

Early screens and flows you can change while changes are still cheap.

  4. 4

    Build and test

We build in short cycles and test on real devices.

    You get

Working software along the way, with regular progress updates, sprint reviews, testing cycles and delivery checkpoints.

  5. 5

    Launch and improve

We deploy and support your store listing or go-live, then keep improving based on real use.

    You get

A post-launch support window, with ongoing maintenance plans available after that. Ownership of custom-developed deliverables transfers to you on full payment and project completion, unless otherwise specified.

Details are in our terms of engagement.

Frequently asked questions

Is the price fixed once I approve the proposal?

Yes. Every engagement starts with a scoped, fixed-price proposal. The scope and price are agreed before work begins, so there are no surprise retainers.

How are payments structured?

Project payments are typically divided into milestone-based instalments. Payment schedules, invoicing terms and maintenance agreements are outlined in the project proposal and service agreement before development begins.

Who owns the software when it is finished?

Upon full payment and project completion, ownership of custom-developed deliverables transfers to the client unless otherwise specified. Zenocta retains rights to proprietary frameworks, reusable components, libraries, methodologies and pre-existing intellectual property used during development.

Are domain and hosting included?

No. Domain name and hosting charges are paid separately by the client. They stay in your name.

Do you offer ongoing support and maintenance?

Yes. Every project includes a post-launch support window, and we offer ongoing maintenance plans for updates, monitoring, and feature additions after that.
