Local tailors had no digital presence and relied entirely on walk-in customers and word of mouth, while customers had no easy way to request custom tailoring, submit measurements, or track order progress without repeated in-person visits.

Our Solution

Zenocta built Lace as an end-to-end tailoring marketplace: customers submit measurements and design preferences and book doorstep pickup, while tailors manage incoming orders through a dedicated dashboard. Integrated payments and real-time status updates remove the need for phone-call follow-ups.
