AI-Powered Development & Testing Training Program

AI-Powered Development & Testing Training Program

A 3-month virtual technology training and project program for graduates, combining software development, manual testing, Generative AI, Agentic AI and practical AI-assisted engineering workflows.

PROGRAM OVERVIEW

A Structured Path Into Software Careers

The Zenocta AI-Powered Development & Testing Training Program is a structured, 3-month virtual program designed for graduates from any academic background — no prior professional or coding experience required. Candidates choose a track in Flutter app development or Framer website development, building core software development and software testing fundamentals before progressively working with Generative AI and Agentic AI tools to accelerate real engineering work. Through practical assignments, mentor-guided projects and supervised real-world exposure, candidates build the skills and workflows expected in a professional software environment.

The program reflects the same practical engineering standards behind Zenocta’s software development services.

WHY THIS PROGRAM

Why the Zenocta Training Program

01

Development + Testing, Together

Candidates learn to build software and test it properly — not one without the other.

02

AI-First, Fundamentals-First

AI tools are introduced only after core development and testing concepts are understood.

03

Real Project Exposure

Assignments lead into supervised, real-world project work — not isolated exercises.

04

Small Mentor Groups

Candidates work in small groups with direct mentor guidance throughout the program.

05

A Structured 3-Month Path

A clear, sequential curriculum — from fundamentals to applied, AI-assisted engineering.

06

A Possible Pathway to Employment

High performers may be considered for roles at Zenocta based on performance and business need.

TECHNOLOGY TRACKS

Choose Your Technology Track

Candidates choose one of two current technology tracks, each combining development, testing and AI-assisted workflows specific to that stack.

More Technology Tracks Coming Soon

Zenocta plans to expand the program to additional web technologies, Data Science and other emerging technology areas as the program evolves.

HOW WE TEACH

Development and Testing, Taught Together

At Zenocta, development and testing are taught together — not as separate disciplines. A developer who understands how their work is tested writes more reliable code. A tester who understands how applications are built asks sharper, more useful questions.

FLUTTER TRACK

Build

Test

Debug

Improve

Candidates build a feature, test it manually and through automated checks, debug what fails, and refine the implementation.

FRAMER TRACK

Design

Build

Test

Validate

Improve

Candidates design a section, build it, test it across devices and browsers, validate it against requirements, and improve it based on findings.

TRAINING PHILOSOPHY

Learn → Practice → Build → Test → Improve → Deliver

A core differentiator of the Zenocta program: candidates do not start by using AI. They start by understanding the work AI would otherwise be asked to do — then learn to direct AI with judgment.

STEP 1

Understand fundamentals

Core concepts before any tooling.

STEP 2

Build manually

Write and structure code without AI assistance.

STEP 3

Test manually

Learn to verify software the way a tester would.

STEP 4

Introduce Generative AI

Use AI to support ideas, code and content.

STEP 5

Introduce Agentic AI

Work with AI that can act across multi-step tasks.

STEP 6

Accelerate with AI

Apply AI to speed up development and testing work.

STEP 7

Validate AI output

Review, test and correct what AI produces.

STEP 8

Apply to real projects

Carry the full workflow into supervised, real-world work.

LEARN TO BUILD WITH AI

Generative AI + Agentic AI

Understanding the difference between these two categories of AI tools is central to the program.

Generative AI

Supports individual tasks:

  • Ideas and brainstorming

  • Writing code snippets

  • Drafting test cases

  • Producing documentation

  • Assisting with debugging

  • Drafting content

Agentic AI

Supports complex, multi-step workflows:

  • Understanding project context

  • Analyzing requirements

  • Modifying multiple files

  • Implementing features end-to-end

  • Debugging across a codebase

  • Running tests and iterating

AI does not replace technical understanding. Zenocta teaches candidates how to understand what AI produces, direct it toward the right outcome, verify its accuracy, and improve on it.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN

Skills You Will Build

Participants learn the fundamentals of software development and testing before progressing to AI-assisted workflows. Depending on their selected track, they learn Flutter mobile app development or Framer website development alongside manual testing, debugging, documentation, Generative AI and Agentic AI.

PROJECT-BASED LEARNING

From Training to Real Projects

Learning becomes meaningful when candidates apply it to actual software problems, not just exercises. The program builds toward this progressively.

Guided Exercises

Assignments

Mini Projects

Supervised Project Tasks

Real-World Project Exposure

The exact nature of project exposure depends on the candidate’s track, progress and demonstrated capability — not every candidate is guaranteed a client-facing or production-level project.

PROGRAM DURATION

Three Months, Three Stages

Over three structured months, participants move from foundational skills to applied, real-project experience — with training, practice and mentor feedback built into every stage.

MONTH 1

Foundation & Training

The program begins with the fundamentals of your chosen technology track alongside core principles of software testing, through guided exercises and structured assignments.

MONTH 2

AI-Assisted Development & Testing + Project Work

Training shifts to applying Generative AI and Agentic AI within real development and testing workflows. Supervised project work begins under mentor guidance.

MONTH 3

Real-World Project Experience & Evaluation

Participants continue development, testing, debugging and documentation on their assigned project, with reviews, demonstrations and continuous evaluation.

Week 1–2

Fundamentals

Week 3–4

Development + Manual Testing

Month 2

AI-Assisted Development + Testing

Month 2–3

Project Work

Final Stage

Evaluation + Project Presentation

10–15

Candidates per mentor

Each mentor works closely with a limited group of candidates, allowing individual attention, close review and meaningful project support. As a result, each batch has limited seats to protect the quality of guidance every participant receives.
