Maintenix: Society App & Gate

Features of Maintenix

Everything Maintenix does today, as listed on Google Play.

• Why societies switch

  • UPI goes straight to your society's own account. No gateway, no convenience fee.
  • Gate alerts stop ringing as soon as anyone in the family answers.
  • Every resident can see where the money goes.
  • One plan for the whole society. Residents and guards never pay.

• For residents

  • Maintenance dues, UPI pay and receipts; "Explain my bill" line by line
  • Approve visitors from a notification; invite guests with a code or QR pass
  • Deliveries left at the gate, daily help entry and attendance
  • Complaints with photos and a status timeline; amenity booking
  • Notices (read in Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Marathi or Bengali), events, polls with one vote per flat, community feed
  • Family, vehicles, pets, marketplace, lost & found, carpool
  • SOS alerts, a daily "I'm OK" check-in for seniors, simple mode with big buttons

• Ai helpers (pro)

Write notices, read bills and payment screenshots, and ask questions answered from your society's own rules and notices. You review every AI draft before anything is saved.

  • Only your society can see your society's data.
  • Phone numbers stay private unless you choose to show yours.
  • Visitor records are deleted after the period your committee sets.
  • We don't sell your data. Delete your account any time from the app.
