About the payslip generator
This is a free payslip generator for employers, HR teams and small businesses. Enter the company and employee details, choose the pay month, list earnings such as basic salary and HRA, list deductions such as provident fund and professional tax, and the salary slip is laid out for you with net pay and the amount in words.
To use it, fill in the form on the left, change the default earnings and deductions to match your pay structure, and check the preview. When it looks right, press Print / Save as PDF. The browser prints only the salary slip, so you can email the PDF or print a copy for the employee.

Is this payslip generator free?
Yes. There is no sign-up and no watermark. The payslip is built in your browser and nothing you enter is sent to a server.
How is net pay calculated?
Net pay is total earnings minus total deductions. The page also writes the net pay in words in the Indian system (lakh and crore) so the slip is easy to read and verify.
Can I add my own earnings and deductions?
Yes. Rename any row, remove it, or add new rows such as bonus, overtime, loan recovery or advance. Amounts update the totals and the slip as you type.
How do I download the payslip as a PDF?
Press Print / Save as PDF and choose Save as PDF as the destination in your browser print window. Only the salary slip is printed.
Does it calculate PF, ESI or tax for me?
No. This tool formats the figures you enter. If you want an estimate of PF, ESI and take-home pay from a CTC, use the salary calculator. Statutory amounts on a payslip should come from your payroll or accountant.
