Business Challenge

PG and hostel owners were relying on paper registers, spreadsheets, and phone calls to manage rooms, rent collection, complaints, and visitor entries. This made it hard to track occupancy accurately, follow up on late payments, or respond quickly to maintenance issues, and residents had no transparent way to see their own dues or raise concerns.

Our Solution

Zenocta built Livevo as a role-based platform connecting hostel/PG owners, staff, and residents in one app. Owners get a real-time admin panel for rooms, billing, and staff; residents get self-service access to rent status, announcements, food menus, and complaint tracking, with automated reminders replacing manual follow-up.
