Delete your EV Life account and data
Ask us to delete your EV Life: EV Ownership account and the data linked to it. Write to contact@zenocta.com from your account email and we will take it from there.
How deletion by email works

Request
Email contact@zenocta.com from the address linked to your EV Life account with the subject “Delete my EV Life account”.

Verify
EV Life currently processes account and data deletion requests manually. We will verify the request, and requests may be subject to reasonable verification to protect your account and information.
Deleted
We delete the account and data as described in the EV Life privacy policy.
What is deleted
- Your Firebase Authentication account and sign-in access.
- Where applicable, associated stored EV Life data such as vehicles, expenses, battery records, maintenance records and other account-linked information, which is reviewed and deleted as part of the manual process.
What may be kept
- Community content that has been shared with other users may need separate handling.
- Some information may be retained where required by law, necessary to resolve disputes, prevent abuse or fraud, maintain security, or otherwise permitted by applicable law.
Send your request
The button opens an email to contact@zenocta.com with the subject “Delete my EV Life account”. Send it from the email address linked to your EV Life account. Do not put passwords in the message.
