Role Overview
We are looking for dynamic and driven Sales Executive Interns to join our team. This internship is ideal for MBA students or recent graduates looking to gain hands-on field sales experience. You will be responsible for visiting businesses, pitching Zenocta’s digital solutions, generating leads, and helping close deals. Interns can choose any 3 working days per week (to be informed in advance).
Responsibilities
· Visit businesses, enterprises, and startups to present Zenocta’s services.
· Understand client requirements and recommend suitable app development solutions.
· Generate leads, follow up, and convert them into long-term clients.
· Maintain relationships with clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
· Keep management informed with daily activity reports and client interaction updates.
· Collaborate with internal teams to deliver client requirements effectively.
· Assist in preparing reports on sales performance and field activity.
Skills Required
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
· Ability to explain technical products to non-technical audiences.
· Strong negotiation and closing skills.
· Good understanding of business software, mobile apps, or IT services is a plus.
· Proficiency in English and one local language.
· Microsoft Office (MS Excel, MS Word).
· Capacity to undergo field travel (up to 60–80 kms/day).
· Must communicate in English, Telugu, and Hindi.
Qualifications
• MBA Pursuing or Completed (Mandatory)
Compensation
• Fixed Stipend: ₹5,000 per month
• Incentive: 10% commission on each project closed
• Field-related expenses and data plan reimbursement as applicable
