Job Title: Sales Executive

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, visiting businesses and explaining our services, generating leads, and closing deals. Your role will be crucial in helping Zenocta expand its footprint and client base.

 Responsibilities

·       Visit businesses, enterprises, and startups to present Zenocta’s services.

·       Understand client requirements and recommend suitable app development solutions.

·       Generate leads, follow up, and convert them into long-term clients.

·       Maintain relationships with clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

·       Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of all client interactions and transactions.

·       Keep management informed by submitting comprehensive activity and results reports on a regular basis, including daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly analyses.

·       Collaborate with internal teams to deliver client requirements effectively.

·       Prepare regular reports on sales performance and field activity.


Skills Required

·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·       Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.

·       Ability to explain technical products to non-technical audiences.

·       Strong negotiation and closing skills.

·       Good understanding of business software, mobile apps, or IT services is a plus.

·       Proficiency in English and one local language.

·       Microsoft Office (MS Excel, MS Word)

·       Capacity to undergo extensive traveling (60kms to 80kms)/day. (Must have a Valid 2-wheeler driving license)

·       Must communicate in English, Telugu and Basic Hindi


Qualifications

·       MBA or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

·       1–2 years of experience in field sales or B2B sales (freshers with MBA welcome with the right attitude)


Compensation

·       Fixed Salary: ₹1.8 – ₹2 LPA (depending on experience).

·       Variable Incentives: 10% commission on every project closed.

·       Travelling Expenses and Data Plan

·       Performance Bonuses
