Naveena brings a rare combination of scientific discipline and human connection to her role as HR Executive at Zenocta. With a Master’s in Microbiology and a Postgraduate Certificate in Biomedical Sciences from the University of York, she transitioned into human resource management with the goal of empowering teams to grow, communicate, and thrive.

At Zenocta, she leads core HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance support. Known for her calm approach, process-oriented mindset, and ability to connect with people at all levels, Naveena plays a key role in fostering a culture of empathy, excellence, and collaboration.
