3. Device & Usage Data:

4. Uploaded Files & Reports:

Users and doctors can upload health reports, prescriptions, medical images, or other health-related files. These documents are encrypted and stored securely, accessible only to authorized medical professionals and the patient.

For One-Time/Lifetime Clients (Hospitals/Clinics):

Each client (hospital/clinic) using Gynexa has its own dedicated Firebase database managed under their ownership. Zenocta Solutions does not access or share this data.

For Subscription Clients:

Data is securely stored within Zenocta Solutions’ managed Firebase infrastructure and accessed only by authorized clinic staff and Zenocta administrators (for maintenance and technical support).

Third-Party Services:

We may use Google Firebase, cloud storage, analytics, and communication APIs (e.g., WhatsApp for video consults) solely to provide secure and reliable app functionality.

Gynexa does not sell, rent, or share personal data with advertisers or unrelated third parties.
