We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development & Software Sales Partner who

can take ownership of sales, lead generation, client acquisition, and strategic business growth.

Role Overview

As a Business Development & Software Sales Partner, you will be responsible for identifying

potential clients, generating leads, conducting product demonstrations, building strategic

relationships, and closing software sales. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth

while earning attractive commissions and profit-sharing incentives based on business

generated.


Key Responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, LinkedIn, email outreach, cold

calling, and other sales channels.

• Identify business owners, startups, SMEs, service providers, and organizations that

can benefit from Zenocta’s software solutions.

• Schedule and conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, and discovery

sessions.

• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable software solutions.

• Prepare proposals, quotations, and business presentations.

• Negotiate and close software development projects and SaaS product subscriptions.• Develop partnerships with agencies, consultants, and industry professionals.

• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide regular progress updates.

• Collaborate with the management and technical teams to ensure smooth project

onboarding.

• Contribute to business growth strategies and market expansion initiatives.


Ideal Candidate Profile

• 3+ years of experience in Software Sales, SaaS Sales, IT Services Sales, ERP Sales,

Technology Consulting, or Business Development.

• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Proven ability to generate leads and close deals independently.

• Existing business network or industry connections will be an advantage.

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for business growth.

• Comfortable working in a revenue-sharing and performance-driven environment.

• Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-oriented.

Compensation Structure

This is NOT a fixed salary position.
